And I don't find Traktor better than Virtual DJ.

By the way, i bought Virtual DJ, It was only a tip for those who can,t afford it! (students).

Buying a track online and burning to CD is not illegal. Making a copy of an original CD for home is isn't illegal either. ;)

Selling burned stuff is on the other hand.

I'm using a Hercules RMX with Akai LPD8(for my effects and ceu) and i use it now for 1 a 1,5 year and its fun!
One thing if you start dj with midi-controller then you think you don't have the dj feeling so do i.

I bought a Korg KM-402 mixer and im waiting for the new Numark NDX-800(cd and midi) so i can use all my gear together and have more power to mix a nice party together!

I also use VirtualDJ and must say I really like it. I tried Traktor but didn't find it as intuitive as VirtualDJ. Maybe I needed to put more effort in trying. But hey, I am a laptop DJ, so I am a lazy bastard.

And for all you vinyl guys: I know that girls want 12 inches, but my laptop is 15"
Haha, just kidding. I have much respect for DJ's that can spin 12".

That would depend on where u live, here in Finland if you are a deejay and you buy an mp3 track and then burn it to cd u have to pay the Finnish authorities for the change of format. so yes it is illegal.
