I especially like the shadow behind all those mixtape, show and DJ images :D
@Eric, if you mean the large text on the big image by header, may I ask which browser you use? We've added shadow and anti-alias effects to the text but that doesn't work in IE unfortunately....

It takes a while before the download and stream count are updated. In the worst case it takes 30 minutes before they are updated, otherwise we would have to calculate that every time you visit the website and by 'caching' the counters we can show the page faster :D

@oscar: correct! I moved, but that was a year ago hehehe.. time goes fast :p. I pretty busy all the time, hardly time for decent mixing.. I despite that, but... hope it will get better. I want to get back on the level I was before.. don't find my new mixes cool these days... anyways.. good to be back again.
@Polar: true.. I have IE, like 70% of peeps do I think? Wouldn't it be better to design for IE also.. ?

The website has been tested with IE, Firefox and Google Chrome.. In all these browsers everything looks and works exactly the same, except for the highlights. Only in IE the shadow and anti-alias effect is not added. I'll see if I can come up with a solution when I can use my broken hand again :( Many thanks for the input!

@ Eric Abbot (damn it quote function!!!11): Well, still congrats that you moved though ;). Mixing will come back, once you've learned something like that it will stay with you I guess. Just have to get to know the new tracks that you use, that's the hardest part I think.
Good to have you back sir, now get mixin' ;)

hmmm.. dunno if this bug has existed always but... If I embed the album/mix artwork to mp3-file and upload it here - is Music removes it, also track and disc numbers are removed from the tags (sometimes, not always)

Hm that's weird; let me look into that.. I've disabled a process that may be the cause of this and I'll try to find what is going wrong. Thanks for notifying!

I don't like how you have to chose your image when you share your mixes on facebook. Please fix. Also, the image sizes are such a pain when uploading to this site. I'd like to rotate my images but I pay someone to do my graphics and it's going to kill my bank if I have to get a 1:1 and 200x120 or w.e it is each time. Thats a total of three graphics for one job..

You know there is an easy free way to resize your images called "Irfanview"? No need to make a new banner/signature for every resolution. ;)

The image chooser is something that Facebook comes up with. It caches or 'sees' all the picture on the page where you click the Share button. Then it'll let you choose what picture you want, since it doesn't know your preferences. We'll see if we can work something out.
About the sizes for the pictures, we really can't do anything about that. Every website uses it's own standards and so do we. There is no moral code written about that on the web, so there are no guidelines for us to follow, sorry!
Take the tip of Kris though, it's a great little program for fast rescaling/sizing of images and it's free. Saves you a lot of money I guess which can be spent on mixing equipment!

And on the roadmap we have that you can upload an image, and then select what you want to use as your show image. Imagine that if you have a 1:1 image, you see a 2:1 rectangle in that, something like that.. sorry for the current inconvenience.
As of next week I can use my arm again and I can really start coding again..
