Terminology
- User: A registered user on is Music. Users can upload mixtapes and interact with each other and the website.
- Mixtape: An audio file created by User that consists of different songs and transitions.
- is Music: This website and its owner(s).
Legal audio
All the audio tracks in a Mixtape should be obtained via lawful paths. All copyrights of the audio track should be complied to. is Music cannot check whether a single audio track is illegal, nor what its source is. is Music assumes that its Users obtain their audio tracks via lawful paths.
User behavior
is Music does not tolerate any disturbing behavior caused by its Users in any way. This includes using words, images or any other way one can think of. is Music tends to create a community in which Users are friendly, helpful, give each other advice and can enjoy each others Mixtapes.
Responsibility
At all times is the User responsible for the Mixtapes that have been published at is Music by the User. is Music is not responsible for any incident not directly related to is Music concerning the User or the Mixtapes by the User.
Subscriptions
is Music offers subscriptions to Users, which can increase the functionality of is Music. is Music will always do its utmost best to maintain the functionality offered by the subscription. is Music can however not be held responsible when the functionality is lost due to any reason. Subscriptions cannot be refunded in any way.
